Instructions

Chop the onion and carrot into small pieces.

Put the olive oil in a pot, add the onion and carrot, and sauté for a few minutes.

Chop the green pepper and add it, then chop the tomato and add it as well.

When the vegetables soften, add the bulgur and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
