Ingredients

Tagliolini Pasta100 g
Olive Oil1 tbsp
Garlic1 clove
Unsalted Butter20 g
Parmesan Cheese30 g
Fresh Parsley1 tbsp
Salt
Black Pepper

Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tagliolini pasta and cook until just al dente, about 3-4 minutes.

While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil and unsalted butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.

Drain the tagliolini, reserving a little pasta water. Add the pasta to the pan with the garlic, olive oil, and butter. Toss to coat, adding a splash of pasta water if needed.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
