Unsalted butter2 tbsp
Grated Parmigiano Reggiano1 oz

Instructions

Bring water to a boil in a large pot.

Add salt and tagliolini pasta.

Cook the tagliolini until al dente (about 3 minutes).

Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.

Add the butter and stir until it melts and coats the pasta well.
