Strained yogurt300 grams
Garlic2 cloves
Butter1 tablespoon
Dried mint1 teaspoon

Instructions

Place fine bulgur in a bowl and add enough hot water to cover it, then wait for it to soften.

After the bulgur softens, add ground beef, finely chopped onion, egg, flour, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Knead all the ingredients well and roll small meatballs from the mixture.

Boil water in a pot and drop the meatballs into the water. Boil until the meatballs float to the surface.

For the sauce, put yogurt in a bowl, add crushed garlic, and whisk.

Place the boiled meatballs on a serving plate and pour the garlic yogurt over them.

Melt butter in a pan, add dried mint and sauté briefly, then drizzle over the yogurt.
