Ingredients

Pan di Stelle cookies400 g
Whole milk500 ml
Mascarpone cheese500 g
Heavy cream250 ml
Powdered sugar100 g
Unsweetened cocoa powder3 tbsp
Nutella100 g
Chocolate chips

Instructions

Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Add the mascarpone and powdered sugar, gently mixing until smooth.

Quickly dip the Pan di Stelle cookies into the whole milk, being careful not to soak them too much.

Arrange a layer of cookies in a baking dish.

Cover with a layer of mascarpone cream.

Add a few spoonfuls of Nutella and sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream.

Dust the surface with unsweetened cocoa powder and decorate with chocolate chips.

Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
