Cut the yufka dough into triangles.

Finely chop the pastirma, kashkaval cheese, tomato, green pepper, and red pepper.

Place the chopped pastirma, kashkaval cheese, tomato, and peppers inside each piece of yufka dough.

Roll the yufka tightly to form the borek shape.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan.

Fry the prepared boreks in hot oil until golden brown.

Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
