Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and zest, crushed garlic cloves, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well to coat all the chicken thighs with the marinade.

Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan).

Place the chicken thighs in a baking tray, pouring the marinade over them as well.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, turning the thighs halfway through cooking to brown evenly.

Serve the chicken thighs hot, accompanied by bread for dipping.
