Mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)7 oz
Mixed berry jam2 tbsp

Instructions

Crumble the digestive biscuits and mix them with the melted butter.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the base.

Place the base in the refrigerator while you prepare the cream.

Whip the cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Spread the cream over the biscuit base and chill in the refrigerator for several hours.

For the topping, gently warm the mixed berry jam and stir in the fresh berries.

Spread the topping over the cheesecake before serving.
