Cherry tomatoes100 g
Extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp

Grated Parmigiano Reggiano20 g

Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the mezze maniche pasta until al dente.

Meanwhile, heat the extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and add the chopped garlic clove.

Sauté the garlic for a few seconds, then add the halved cherry tomatoes.

Let the cherry tomatoes cook for a few minutes until they soften.

Drain the pasta and add it to the frying pan with the cherry tomatoes.

Add fresh basil, salt, and a sprinkle of black pepper.

Mix everything well and serve with a generous sprinkle of grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
