Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, chopped parsley, minced garlic, milk, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Form walnut-sized meatballs.

Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large pan and brown the meatballs on all sides until golden.

Pour the tomato purée over the meatballs, cover, and let cook on low heat for about 25 minutes.

Serve the meatballs hot with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
