Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat it with cooking spray.
Arrange boudin sausage links on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them so heat can circulate.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, and at about 15 minutes use tongs to flip each link so both sides brown evenly. The internal temperature should reach at least 160°F.
Remove the boudin from the oven and let rest for 1–2 minutes.
Serve hot boudin with saltine crackers and a dash of your favorite hot sauce. Optionally accompany with a simple green salad.
