Measure out 2 tablespoons of dried oregano into a small bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of dried thyme.
Add 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
Add 1 tablespoon of onion powder.
Stir in 1 teaspoon of kosher salt and ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper.
Add 1 teaspoon of dried marjoram and 1 teaspoon of dried parsley.
Whisk or stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Transfer the seasoning blend to an airtight container and store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
