Ingredients

Ground beef150 g
Hamburger bun1
Cheddar cheese20 g
Lettuce2 leaves
Tomato2 slices
Mayonnaise1 tbsp
Mustard1 tsp
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

Shape the ground beef into a thick patty.

Heat a pan over high heat and cook the patty for about 4 minutes on each side, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.

In the last seconds of cooking, place the slice of cheddar cheese on top of the meat to melt.

Cut the hamburger bun in half and lightly toast it.

Spread mayonnaise and mustard on both halves of the bun.

Add the lettuce leaves and tomato slices.

Place the hot hamburger with melted cheese in the bun and close it.

Serve immediately.
