Ingredients

Milk Chocolate200 g
Shelled Pistachios60 g
Tahini2 tbsp
Kadayif (finely chopped)30 g
Powdered Sugar2 tbsp

Instructions

Melt the milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave until smooth.

Pour half of the melted chocolate into chocolate bar molds, spreading to coat the bottom and sides. Tap to remove air bubbles.

In a bowl, mix together the shelled pistachios, tahini, finely chopped kadayif, and powdered sugar until well combined.

Spoon the pistachio-tahini filling evenly over the chocolate layer in the molds.

Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the filling to cover completely. Smooth the tops.

Refrigerate the molds for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is fully set.

Remove the chocolate bars from the molds and enjoy as a sweet treat.
