Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat (add 1 teaspoon olive oil if pan isn’t non-stick).
Arrange turkey bacon strips in a single layer without overcrowding the pan (cook in batches if needed).
Cook strips for 3–5 minutes on the first side, until edges curl and turn golden brown.
Flip each strip with tongs and cook 2–4 minutes on the second side, until deeply golden and crispy.
Transfer cooked strips to a paper-towel–lined plate to drain excess fat.
Serve immediately or store cooled bacon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Reheat gently before serving.
