Chicken breast400 g
Mushrooms200 g
Onion1 medium
Garlic2 cloves
Cream200 ml
Olive oil2 tbsp

Black pepper1 tsp
Fresh parsley
Instructions

Dice the chicken breast into cubes.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the chicken, sautéing well.

Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté.

Add the mushrooms and cook until their liquid evaporates.

Pour in the cream, add salt and black pepper.

Cook on low heat for a few more minutes.
