Add the frozen acai puree and sliced banana to a high-speed blender.
Pour in about 1/4 cup oat milk, adding a little more if needed to blend.
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and thick, scraping down the sides as needed.
Spoon the acai into a bowl.
Top with granola, a handful of fresh blueberries, sliced strawberries, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
