Instructions

Drain and rinse the cooked chickpeas well.

Place the chickpeas, tahini, garlic clove, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, and salt in a blender.

Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water to soften it.

Transfer the hummus to a small bowl.

Sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil for garnish.

Serve immediately with bread or raw vegetables.
