Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Place the butter at room temperature and icing sugar into a bowl, mix well.

Add the egg and continue mixing.

Add cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.

Gradually add the flour and knead into a soft dough.

Take walnut-sized pieces of dough, roll them into balls, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.

While the cookies are baking, boil granulated sugar and water in a saucepan. Once the sugar dissolves, remove from heat and let it cool.

Dip the hot cookies from the oven into the warm syrup, leave for 1-2 minutes, then remove.
