Soy sauce2 tbsp
Sesame oil1 tbsp

Gyoza wrappers20 pieces
Vegetable oil2 tbsp
Water0.3 cup

Instructions

Place the ground beef, finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, and grated ginger into a bowl.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper, then mix well.

Put a spoonful of the filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper.

Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper to seal.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook the gyoza until the bottoms are golden brown.

Add 1/4 cup of water, cover the pan, and steam the gyoza.

Serve with a soy sauce dip on the side.
