Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).

Thoroughly wash the sea bass fillets and pat them dry.

Place the sea bass fillets on a baking tray.

Drizzle olive oil over them.

Add lemon slices, sliced onion rings, and finely chopped garlic on top of the fish.

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and thyme.
