Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, and onion.

Finely chop the garlic.

Place the chicken thighs, chopped vegetables, and garlic in a large bowl.

Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme on top.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Spread the mixture on a baking tray.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, until the chicken is browned and the vegetables are tender.
