Asparagus1 bunch (about 250 grams)
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Salt1 teaspoon
Black pepper0.5 teaspoon
Garlic1 clove
Lemon juice1 tablespoon

Instructions

Wash the asparagus thoroughly and trim the ends.

Heat olive oil in a pan and add the finely chopped garlic.

Add the asparagus to the pan, season with salt and black pepper.

Sauté the asparagus over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.

After removing from heat, drizzle lemon juice over it.

Serve hot, optionally with a slice of bread.
