Peel and slice the apples.

In a bowl, mix the sliced apples with sugar, raisins, pine nuts, and cinnamon. Let it rest for a few minutes.

Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.

Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the puff pastry to prevent it from becoming soggy.
