Jersey milk1 litre
Yogurt (starter, at room temperature)1 tablespoon

Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.

Once boiled, remove the milk from the heat and let it cool until it is warm enough not to burn your finger.

Add the starter yogurt and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a container, cover it, and leave it to ferment in a warm place for 6-8 hours.

After the yogurt has fermented, place it in the refrigerator to chill.

Enjoy the chilled yogurt.
