Instructions

To prepare the syrup, put the granulated sugar and water in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then let it cool.

In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, vegetable oil, icing sugar, cocoa powder, egg, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.

Gradually add the flour and knead into a soft dough.

Form walnut-sized balls from the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

Immediately dip the hot cookies from the oven into the cold syrup and let them soak for a few seconds.

Remove the cookies from the syrup, place them on a serving plate, decorate as desired, and serve.
