Hot water480 ml

Instructions

Finely chop the onion and carrot.

Heat the olive oil in a pot, add the onion and carrot, and sauté for a few minutes.

Chop the green pepper and add it, then chop the tomato and add it as well.

Once the vegetables soften, add the bulgur and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add the hot water, salt, and black pepper.

Cover the pot and cook on low heat until the water is absorbed.

Let the pilaf rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
