Instructions

Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the finely chopped onion until soft.

Add the veal slices, season with salt and pepper, and brown on both sides.

Pour in the dry white wine and let it simmer until the liquid reduces.

Add the lemon juice and zest, capers, and butter. Let it infuse for a few minutes.

Finish with a sprinkle of chopped fresh parsley.
