Ingredients

Fresh tortellini (cheese-filled)250 g
Fresh cream100 ml
Cooked ham80 g
Grated Parmesan cheese20 g
Unsalted butter1 tbsp
Black pepper

Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to the boil.

Cook the fresh tortellini for 2-3 minutes, until they float to the surface.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add the cooked ham cut into strips and sauté for about 1 minute.

Pour the cream into the pan and let it gently simmer.

Drain the tortellini directly from the pot and add them to the pan with the cream and ham.

Stir well to combine everything.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of black pepper.

Serve immediately, piping hot.
