Instructions

Leave the meat at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Massage the Tomahawk with extra virgin olive oil, coarse salt, ground black pepper, crushed garlic, and fresh rosemary.

Heat a cast iron pan well.

Sear the Tomahawk for 3 minutes on each side to get a golden crust.

Transfer the meat to a preheated oven at 180°C and cook for 15 minutes (rare).

Let the meat rest for 10 minutes covered with foil before slicing.

Serve the Tomahawk sliced, tender and juicy.
