Tarhana2 tablespoons
Butter1 tablespoon
Tomato paste1 tablespoon
Water960 ml
Salt1 teaspoon
Red pepper flakes1 teaspoon

Instructions

Melt the butter in a saucepan.

Add the tomato paste and sauté well.

Dissolve the tarhana in a bowl with some water and add it to the saucepan.

Pour the remaining water into the saucepan.

Stir continuously and wait for it to boil.

Add salt and red pepper flakes.

Turn off the heat when the soup thickens.

Serve hot. You can serve it with crusty bread on the side.
