Ingredients

Tagliolini200 g
Water1.5 l
Salt1 tbsp
Unsalted butter2 tbsp
Grated Parmigiano Reggiano30 g
Black pepper1 tsp

Instructions

Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.

Add the salt and tagliolini pasta.

Cook the tagliolini until al dente (about 3 minutes).

Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.

Add the unsalted butter and stir until it melts and coats the pasta well.

Add the grated Parmigiano Reggiano and black pepper.

Mix well and serve immediately, piping hot.
