Mashed Sweet Potato200 grams
Almond Butter120 grams
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder30 grams
Maple Syrup60 millilitres
Vanilla Extract0.5 teaspoon

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tin with baking parchment.

In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, almond butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

Mix everything together until smooth and well combined.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking tin.

Sprinkle the dark chocolate chips evenly over the top.

Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the brownies are set and a skewer inserted in the centre comes out mostly clean.
