Instructions

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil.

Add the minced meat and rice, and sauté for a few minutes.

Add tomato paste, black pepper, salt, dried mint, and lemon juice, then mix. Prepare the filling.

Soften the vine leaves by soaking them in hot water for a few minutes.

Place the prepared filling inside the leaves and roll them up.

Arrange the stuffed leaves in a pot.

Pour hot water over them.

Cook on low heat until the stuffed leaves are tender.

You can serve with yogurt on the side. Enjoy your meal!
