Instructions

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

In a large frying pan over medium heat, brown the minced beef with the diced onion and minced garlic until the beef is cooked through and the onion is soft.

Add the chopped bell peppers to the frying pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, until they begin to soften.

Stir in the chopped tomatoes (with their juices), cooked white rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
