Bring a large pot of water to a boil and boil the onions whole for about 10 minutes. When the onions soften, remove them from the water and let them cool.

Cut off the tips of the onions and carefully separate the layers.

In a bowl, mix the minced meat, rice, tomato paste, olive oil, salt, black pepper, dried mint, paprika powder, and chopped parsley.

Place some of the prepared filling inside the onion layers and roll them up.

Arrange all the stuffed onions in the pot.

Pour 240 ml (1 cup) of hot water over them.

Cover the pot and cook on low heat for about 35-40 minutes.

Serve the stuffed onions with yogurt.
