Spiral-Cut Ham3.6 kg

Honey60 ml
Dijon Mustard60 ml
Pineapple Juice120 ml

Preheat your oven to 165°C (325°F).

In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, pineapple juice, and ground cloves to make a glaze.

Place the spiral-cut ham in a large roasting tin, cut side down.

Brush the glaze all over the ham, making sure to get between the slices.

Cover the ham loosely with foil and bake for about 2 hours, basting with the pan juices and more glaze every 30 minutes.

Remove the foil for the last 20 minutes to allow the edges to caramelise and get sticky.

Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
