Tomato paste15 g

Parsley

Instructions

Mix the minced meat, grated onion, rice, salt, and spices in a bowl and knead.

Form small meatballs from the mixture and set aside.

Pour the vegetable oil into a pot, add the tomato paste, and sauté.

Add the carrots and potatoes and sauté for a few minutes.

Add the water and bring to a boil.

Once the water boils, add the meatballs to the pot.

Cook until the meatballs and vegetables are tender.

Before removing from heat, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

You can squeeze plenty of lemon over it when serving.
