Fine bulgur150 g
Minced meat200 g

Strained yogurt300 g
Garlic cloves2

Dried mint1 tsp

Instructions

Place the fine bulgur in a bowl and add enough hot water to cover it, then wait for it to soften.

Once the bulgur has softened, add the minced meat, finely chopped onion, egg, flour, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Knead all the ingredients well and roll small meatballs from the mixture.

Boil water in a pot and drop the meatballs into the water. Boil until the meatballs float to the surface.

For the sauce, put the yogurt in a bowl, add the crushed garlic, and whisk.

Place the boiled meatballs on a serving plate and pour the garlic yogurt over them.

Melt the butter in a pan, add the dried mint and sauté briefly, then drizzle over the yogurt.

Serve hot.
