Dry Whole Wheat Spaghetti57 g
Cherry Tomatoes150 g
Baby Spinach30 g
Garlic1 clove

Chilli Flakes1.3 ml
Grated Parmesan15 g

Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole wheat spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and chilli flakes, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Add the baby spinach and cook until just wilted.

Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the frying pan. Toss everything together and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
