Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C).

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with extra virgin olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, black pepper, and crushed garlic cloves.

Mix well to evenly distribute the seasonings.

Arrange the potatoes on a baking tray in a single layer, without overlapping.

Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway through cooking, until golden and crispy on all sides.
