Red Beetroot2 pcs
Lemon Juice1 pcs

Garlic1 clove

Instructions

Wash the red beetroots and boil them in a pot until tender.

Let the boiled beetroots cool down.

Peel the cooled beetroots and dice them.

Place the diced beetroots in a bowl.

Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, crushed garlic, and vinegar on top.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top.

Serve cold.
