In a small bowl or an airtight jar, mix the fine sea salt, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper and dried dill (if using).
Stir, or shake if using a jar, until the spices are completely combined.
Make the popcorn using your preferred method – on the hob, in an air popper or in the microwave.
Drizzle the hot popcorn with melted butter or olive oil so the seasoning sticks.
Sprinkle the seasoning over the popcorn and toss gently to coat.
Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
Store any leftover blend in an airtight container in your cupboard; it will keep for months.
