Instructions

Boil the dried beans and drain them.

Finely chop the red onion and rub it with salt.

Chop the tomato and parsley.

Put all the ingredients into a large bowl.

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, and grape vinegar in a separate bowl.

Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad.

Slice the boiled egg and place it on top of the piyaz.
