Dill Pickles2 large
Turkey Breast60 g
Cheddar Cheese20 g
Cream Cheese1 tablespoon
Yellow Mustard1 teaspoon
Baby Spinach15 g

Instructions

Slice the dill pickles in half lengthways to create four long halves.

Lay two pickle halves flat, cut side up. These will be your "bread" bases.

Spread cream cheese evenly over the cut side of each pickle base.

Layer a slice of turkey breast and half a slice of cheddar cheese on each pickle base.

Add a small handful of baby spinach on top of the turkey and cheese.

Drizzle a little yellow mustard over the spinach.

Top each with the remaining pickle halves, cut side down, to form two sandwiches.

Press gently to hold everything together and enjoy immediately.
