Penne pasta200 g
Olive oil1 tbsp
Onion1 small
Garlic1 clove
Curry powder1 tsp
Cream100 ml
Milk50 ml
Salt1 tsp
Black pepper0.5 tsp
Grated kashkaval cheese1 tbsp
Instructions

Boil the pasta in plenty of water and drain.

Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.

Add the crushed garlic and sauté for another minute.

Add the curry powder and stir until fragrant.

Pour the cream and milk into the pan and heat while stirring.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Add the boiled pasta to the sauce and mix well.

Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with grated kashkaval cheese and serve hot.
