Instructions

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic, and sauté.

Add the minced meat and cook until browned.

Dice the carrot and tomato and add them to the pan.

Add the tomato paste, salt, black pepper, and thyme, then stir.

Add the water and simmer the sauce on low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the pasta in plenty of water and drain.

Place the pasta on a serving plate and pour the Bolognese sauce over it.

Optionally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
