Cut the yufka sheets into triangles.

Finely chop the pastirma, kashar cheese, tomato, green pepper, and red pepper.

Place the chopped pastirma, kashar cheese, tomato, and peppers inside each yufka piece.

Roll the yufka tightly to form borek shapes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan.

Fry the prepared boreks in hot oil until golden brown.

Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Serve hot.
