Place butter, vegetable oil, egg yolk, yogurt, vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, baking powder, nigella seeds, and flour into a bowl.

Knead all the ingredients well to obtain a soft dough.

Break off small pieces of dough and shape them as desired.

Brush the shaped cookies with egg white and sprinkle a little more nigella seeds on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until lightly browned on top.
