Ingredients

Button Mushrooms300 g
Onion1 medium
Butter2 tbsp
Flour2 tbsp
Water1000 ml
Milk200 ml
Salt1 tsp
Black Pepper

Instructions

Finely chop the onion.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the onion and sauté.

Chop the button mushrooms and add them to the pan, cook until the liquid evaporates.

Add the flour and sauté for a few more minutes.

Add the water and milk, stir and wait for it to boil.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Once the soup thickens, turn off the heat.

Serve hot, optionally with crusty bread on the side.
